2. Permission to use the App
2.1 Provided that you comply with these Terms of Use, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access, view and use the App.
3. Use restrictions
3.1 You must not:
(a) modify the App or any part of it or create any derivative work based on the App or any part of it;
(b) distribute, publish, communicate to the public or otherwise share any text, images, graphics, videos or other content from the App without our prior written consent;
(c) frame, deep-link or scrape the App or any part of it without our prior written consent;
(d) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or do anything that interferes with or disrupts any other person’s access to or use of the App;
(e) remove or obscure any copyright notice, trademark notice, or other proprietary rights notice from the App or from any downloads or copies that you make under Section 2.1 of these Terms of Use.
4. Ownership of the App
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the App belong to Torus Connect Ltd and Torus Connect Ltd’s licensors.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use from time to time. If we do, we will publish the changes on the App. It is your responsibility to check the App periodically for changes to these Terms of Use.
